We had a lovely email waiting for us when we got to work this morning. Here is some of what it said."I would just like to say a big thank you for the advice you gave me when I contacted you on Monday about problems I was having with the cartridges for my Epson RX620 printer. I have always found you to be very helpful, as well as your prices to be very competitive. It is rare today to receive such good "old fashioned" service these days."
Its lovely to get a thank you in the morning!
